Exclamation Exhaust ?

Ok, with taxes filed. I'm set on H&S Mini Maxx, S&B CAI.
Now the problem is I can't figure out what full exhaust I'm going to get? There is so much out there on this subject. Cat back, Down Pipe back, 4" vs 5", muffler vs no muffler, stainless vs aluminized, the different brands.
My god what a mess.
As of right now I am so lost and overwhelmed. I need advice and help. The big thing I'm looking for is MGP. Its a daily driver. It will only be pulling my Jeep and trailer to trails. That will only be weighing about 6000 to 8000. Not much of a pull for the truck and not all the time. Thanks for any help.

I'm in the same boat you are. I heard in another thread that the 5" sounds better but can't say from experience. I can tell you that imo if your in an area where you see any amount of weather, i wouldnt put a performance exhaust on any of my vehicles that wasnt ss. Being in jersey where theres alot of dirt and salt on the road in the winter thats the one option i definitely dont have a question about.

Get the Flo Pro 5" SS with muffler. 5" looks and sounds best IMO. The system is actually rather quiet, barely any noticeable change in the cab. It will be quieter then you expect.

Not to thread jack, but how much difference is there both in volume and quality of sound muffler vs. no muffler?

Never ran it without muffler, but the muffler is straight through. It can't make too much of a sound difference. I was hoping it would eliminate droning inside cab. I get no droning, but never had muffler off to compare difference.

I've ran with and without muffler there is NO reason to get a muffler the sound is hardly different without it.

I have had 5" flo pro on three diff trucks fit and finish is excellent, always had the alluminized and never had any problems. The flo pro muffler is a straight thru. I am fixing to install the 5" flo pro on my new truck, along with the mini maxx.
