HD300 (H&S)
Just noticing something lately and I wonder if it is the same for others or just me. Normally, if I am running around town or on the highway in traffic or towing, I'll run on mild. If I am on the open highway with no up and down speeds and straight lines, I'll put it on hot and leave it for better mileage. I rarely use the wild setting. I decided to give wild a shot over the last couple weeks on occasion when I normally would have it mild. First let me say mild and hot settings are smooth in every way. The shifting, the power delivery, the sound.....everything. On wild, it is not. Injectors are rattling, the shifting is very abrupt, not quick and crisp like the mild and hot. And, I notice that the 1 time I stepped on the throttle pretty good, it really didn't want to put the power to the pavement like the other 2. It sort of felt like it was delaying, then it went but the injectors were really making some noise, i let out of it. Anybody else experience this? Not a fan of the wild setting on my truck right now.

I drive mine on hot, all day every day. It seems that this latest tune does have alot of injector rattle at certain throttle points.

One thing to remember, that tune delivers 300 additional HP and is intended for race use.

I know... I drive it like a granny though. But, I find the overall driveability, throttle response and transmission shift quality are better in the hot setting.

it doesn't deliver 300hp on the mild or wild settings
