If you have any issues call Mick @ Spartan, the guy knows everything you need to know about your new Spartan, plus he is never in a hurry to get you set up, when it's dones it's done no matter what time it is.
I am buying a used Spartan, any one have any buying tips. I went to there web site and printed off the directions to make sure the last owner cleared his truck info off. Any help would be great.
I bought a used tuner. I called Spartan and they called the previous owner to make sure it wasn't stolen. Then I bought it, paid my 100 and sent my disclaimer. Easy as that.
If you have any question dont hesitate to call Spartan. There service is great. You know Mick has to hear the same dumb questions over and over,Heck I felt dumb asking some of the questions but he answered them without hesitation.
I am buying my first tuner this week. I am buying it from a member of this forum. He want me to send a check and when it clears he will mail the tuner. Is this the norm ? I'm just not sure being that this is my first purchase of a tuner and buying from a forum. Thanks for the help.
To get Mick, call him during normal business hours at the office. If it's after hours (7:00 P.M. EST) you can email tech@spartandieseltech.com or shoot me a PM.
I did the same thing and was very nervous. You for sure need to call gonna or mick make sure that the unit is not stolen and they will tell you over the phone everything else you need to do for the license. The staff at spartan is fantastic, when I bought mine they walked me through is step by step and were there to answer any questions. This form is also a great resource of information. Best of luck and you will love the difference it makes.
