The down side????

I am about to install a Black Maxx, and 4" delete and looking forward to some good mileage and a little more power.
My question is what is the tradeoff when it comes to the "hot" tunes other than mileage and reliability. Do these tunes affect daily driveability? Are there any othher penalties to pay for this increased power?

As long as your not putting your foot into it all the time you will be fine. If will not hurt your truck any. It will run better and get better MPG. I run the 210 tune as my daily driver i might step it up to 250. I have 170k on my truck and no major issues at all

Is the ford auto pretty strong? and what about TC and clutch packs?

what does it take to start tearing stuff up (so i know what not to do)?

So why not run it at 250 all day? Is it just you lack the will power not to cook the tires off
