Is the 6.4 loud with the 5" flo pro with no muffler? I am looking to install it on my 2010 and I plow in the winter and dont want it to be to much louder than stock.

Even with the DPF/DOC off, these trucks are nothing like the old straight piped 7.3s. With the windows rolled up you won't hear it unless you really get on it. Which I like.

They are not loud at all inside the cab, but outside they are. I actually put a muffler on my truck mainly for towing through town. Reason is I was getting some hard looks from Johnny Law when they were near me while towing.

Guess I'm lucky. All of the Jonny Laws in my town love my truck.

I have the 5 inch Flo Pro on my 2008 and it isnt loud at all from inside the cab when at WOT. Now on the outside when getting on it, it sounds like a hair dryer on nitrous!! It is awesome man and you wont be disappointed.
