Error with Dash Daq

Pluged in my DD back in today and I get an error.

BL Dash Boot -1.3.4-1903
OBD2 Hardware failure (code 1)
Boot halted. You may now attempt to recover

All updates have been done. Ford update and DD update and the Spartan update. After Ford update I did put in the 75hp tune and haven't had the DD in till today.

Any ideas what I need to do.

No ideas, but with it being the weekend I'm sure they'll get back with you by tomorrow. Sorry about your luck.

mjc, sounds like something is wrong in the device firmware. A firmware update would be the first steps to take in correcting the problem.

If you left a message or email late Friday, I'm sure you'll hear from Mick or someone else from our office tomorrow. I'll pass the thread along and let them know to contact you ASAP.
