2011+ locker retrofit into rear of 2008-10?

Much like everyone else on here, I really want to add a locker to the rear end of my current 08 F350. I am overall happy with its performance, but with the 40s, the LS is just not cutting it. I am 99% going with a detroit (as this is what I have had in the past), but would consider the new electronic locker that is available from the factory if it was an easy swap.

Any of our gurus have opinions on this? Does it seem doable? I know it has some function that as soon as you hit 30 mph it disengages, so wed probably have to come up with a solution for that...as our computers arent going to talk to it.

bringing this back to the top, and hoping someone has input. Id love to have the selectability of the elocker, but i need to know if it is reasonable or not.

It is simply an electric locker. It should work no problem I would imagine

Why not just by a eaton e-locker vice trying to retro-fit the ford factory one???
