H&S MiniMaxx 6.4.24 update
Hey guys I updated my Mini to the 6.4.24 since it said it was made to address surging issues. I still have surging. Finding that if I get on to it fairly hard then back off to a consistent speed around 120kms/hr I can feel it surging pretty hard. I currently have it going into TC lock in 4th and 5th. Should I maybe be changing it to the 5th lock only to help combat this a bit. Thanks for the help.

I think the surging issues are just on the schedule 1. I changed to the shedule 2 medium and it works great. 5th locks up about 55 to 57. Give it a try.

i have the exact same problem! when the tc locks up in 4th it surges and feels like the transmission is slipping a little.

I noticed the surging too. I got it to reproduce with 40-45 mph in 4th tc locked and light on the go pedal. I'm running the Sch.1-Low trans tune.
it's not terrible, but definitely noticable. |

i noticed it today when i had cruise control on around 70-75 mph and i tapped the brakes to turn off the cruise control and felt a huge jump for a second....definitely very noticeable. I have the schedule 1 but other than the little surging there everything else is awesome. Good job H&S on the new shifting

yep mine gives that jump coming out of cruise too. otherwise this tune is great

today after a partial relearn run and 20 miles of driving, I noticed that the surging is less pronounced. I bet with a little more time and miles, it will go away.

Switched to Schedule 2 Low and am happy with it so far. Few relearn runs and a few days of driving will tell me if I like it. Thanks for thew input guys

from what i am seeing on the diff. thread's about the new trans tuning im looking at schedule 2 low trans seems to be the way to go, 42 mph lockup in 5th gear sounds like a good fuel saver and daily driver, has anyone noticed if the 300 tune feels slower than the older 250 tune?

I have the schedule 2 low loaded on mine and it feels stronger than the old hot damn to me
