Air dog or Air dog II

Ok gonna upgrade to an Air dog but which one do i really need to go with ? Im not looking for a race truck just a daily driver and hauling here and there. The truck will have a mini maxx exhaust and intake and for now the dpf stays. I did notice that the Air dog II replaces the oem pump is it worth the extra to upgrade the pump it will provide more than my truck will need. Thanks

if you're going to leave the dpf on, there's really no sense in upgrading it at all. and even with the dpf off, these tuners push out so much fuel anyways. if you are looking to upgrade something, i would look into upgrading the air intake portion of the ratio.

If your planning on upgrading to an AD I would go with the ADII that way you have a better filtration and it will be much easier to change your filters.

I've been looking at the AirDog II as well.

I know Ford uses a 10 micron filter on the frame rail and a 4 micron on the engine.

Does anyone know what the AirDog comes with? ... I can't find any info on their website.

AirDog Replacement Filter Options

- Replacement AirDog Fuel Filter 2 micron (Part Number FF100-2) for all AirDog and AirDogII units
- Replacement AirDog Pre Filter (Part Number WS100) for all AirDog and AirDogII units
Select the filter options from the drop-down menu selection to add the items to your shopping cart.
