You may have tripped a DTC that was only active for a few seconds. If the DTC clears/heals itself, it is possible that it will leave the light illuminated for a few drive cycles, but report no codes to the H&S Product. I suggest clearing the codes anyway, so you don't have to see the light on for XX drive cycles.

You may be throwing a DTC from another module. The H&S products currently are communicating only with the ECU. We are working on some new software that will allow us to do a global module diagnostics check. For now, I would recommend updating your tuning device, and driving for a couple of days. If you still have the light, return the tuner to stock and drive for a while to see if the problem presents itself in stock form as well.

Thanks!

I was having the same problem this morning along with other issues that were on my end. I ended up downloading the full sd card firmware and updating my device and truck. Make sure the uncompressed files are around 433MB or you will get the CEL. Im still having issues with the hot damn tunes load, but I've got the regular tunes on lockdown.
