Actual MPG, no BS...

I hand calculated my mileage today and made sure I got a full tank with no foaming. I have a minimaxx on "hot" (275 tune) 5'' Exhaust, S&B intake, 8'' lift, 38'' tires. My mileage was 14 mpg, mixed highway and city driving. Im pretty ok with the results for how big and heavy the truck is. I do not know what gears i have though.

I would assume if you are stock height and a tuner, you should be in the 17-18 mpg range, weight plays a huge factor so added bumpers, shells, lights, steps, etc... with diminish mpg's.

2010, 3.55 gears, all stock getting 14.5mpg mixed highway and city with mini maxx, 5" flo pro, S&B intake.

I'm about to get one but I was going to just go 4'' with muffler. Is there a huge diff in going to the 5''. BTW, just to give you a stock mileage, my truck is a 2008 early job 1 cc sb 4x4 3.73's mostly city avg mileage is 10.2 via fuelly.

with 4.10's thats hard to believe. i have the same setup and get 14mpg. my dash says 25mpg though

09 CCSB 3.73 spartan 250/210 usually. leveling kit and 35.5" tires I average 15mpg mixed driving with a semi heavy foot.

Usually get around 15 mixed driving, 70/30 intown/highway.

19 hwy, 12 city, set to HOT tune, truck is in defuel mode until coolant hits 140. I live pretty close to work(3miles) so my mileage is even worse in town since truck just gets warmed up by the time I get to work. Ive only filled up twice so far with tuner and mods.

I can see 19 maybe with 4.10's, but not in the 20's. I can see the 19+ with a SRW though cruising keeping the RPM's below 2000.
I have Innovative and I can get almost 17 in my truck, hand calc'ed on the X-Street. Have not tried the X-Race.
450 with 4.88's. That is keeping the cruise on 60-65, not over. Under would be better but 60-65 is bad enough.
In town though, I say that it is from the lie-o-meter, unless his town has no stops and can cruise right at the lock up in OD.
Or he has and oddball efficient truck.
