Sorry but I dont have any pics but mine is mounted on top of the AC vent in the left corner. My truck is the Harley Edition so my trim pieces are painted glossy black. I just used the suction cup and put it on top. Its a perfect fit and has not come off since I installed it 2 months ago. I'm not sure if the suction cup will work on other trim packages or not??
Me and my buddy are planning to build a custom mount for the SCT monitor, GPS and radar detector that will fit in the dash tray. We are gonna use fiberglass, some wood and match it up to the Harley glossy black. I think it will look really good and I will post some pics when we are done.

You don't have to have it hooked up and mounted unless you want to. This is a tuning device and can be disconnected after the tunes are installed. I only use it for monitoring purposes while towing or racing it. Otherwise it is in my center console, personally I cant stand the annoying light and the overall size and look of the SCT to mount it on my dash or window. If you want a fancy digital gauge screen so everyone knows its "tuned" there are a few of them out there but they are more$$$. JMO.

i ended up getting the window mount.. i keep it right in the lower center portion of my front windshield... its kind of a pain having right there b/c its so bulky.. i'm switching to mini maxx or black maxx as soon as i get the funds.. i need shift on the fly capabilities for when i'm towing.. i hate having to retune my truck every 2 weeks just to tow something 40 miles.
