You should not have any clearance issues with you B&W, there are several members here with that same setup that are problem free.

I'll ask, not to hi-jack, would I still have the clearance with a B&W Hitch on a Dually?

Hey fatboy, ive got an 08 f350 with the b&w and my stock exhaust was lowered to clear the hitch so if i buy my buddies 5" flo pro with 7" tip i should clear fine and not be hanging low, i want my tip to be as close to the body as possible....do you have a pic of where your exhaust ends up sticking out?

i would say your should be fine. Mine is very close to the body and fits nicely. I dont have a picture right now and cant take one for a few days because my truck is getting an injector replaced . I will get you a pic as soon as i get my truck back.
