Need help picking programmer

Guys I need help picking a programmer for my 2008 powerstroke 6.4. I would like to find one that has power tunes and a good economy tune. I would like to stay under 1000. Is there such a tuner?

Might I add I have been looking heavily at the sct extreme livewire/dpf delete kit from dpfdeletekits.com for 850. Would this be good?

can a shade tree mechanic install the mini max with the delete pipe. any special tools needed? and how long normally to install? is it a bolt in place install which means no cutting or welding.. thanks

There are several post on the delete and tuner install. It is pretty easy. No need for cutting or welding. If you take your time and think out the process first it will be a piece of cake.

Might want to check with Aaron at Rudy's Get a quote for the mini and a DOC/DPF pipe. A little over your price break, but well worth it.

Yes, they are both very simple and straight forward to install. The Mini Maxx requires pushing buttons and the exhaust can be installed with simple hand tools, no cutting or welding required.
