Mini Max and coolant temp

I have a dpf delete with a mini max tuner on my truck. My coolant temp sits around 195-197F. Is that to hot? My defuel is set at 210F . Seems like it is running to hot.

Well if my defuel is set a 210 that does not leave much room. What's going to happen when I pull my trailer. Isn't it going to get even hotter

When you tow it will probably go up a few degrees.
