06 & 09 mods to order

hey guys, brother and I will be doing some work to our trucks soon and just wanted to run a list by you all and see if i missed anything.

i'll start off with my brothers 06 6.0.

heads will be decked and studded
egr delete kit from sinister
has a 3.5" mbrp dp already with a turndown tip no muffler
has a k&n intake (came with truck)
new oil cooler installed under warranty (awesome mod friendly dealer)
sct livewire with idp custom tunes

my 09 6.4L

will be installing a dpf/doc delete pipe that i still have to decide on
sct livewire with idp custom tunes
air raid drop in filter


question is, will my crew cab long bed (8500lbs) outperform the 6.0 with these setups? later on i may plan on doing a 4" dp to a 4" exhaust system with a magnaflow muffler (take it on trips and dont want it too loud) and an sb intake.

have i missed any important steps? any recommendations? these will be my first modded diesels, i had built my monte carlo up with ported blowers, air to water ic injectors etc.... and these minimal mods will make my truck faster than what my monte ran hopefully lol.

Your truck should be a mid to high 13sec truck with the mods you described. It will put a hurtin' on that 6.0. You will definitely benefit from an aftermarket intake, traction bars, and a free flowing downpipe/exhaust
