Which Programmer?

I have a SCT Livewire with extreme and a 275 inavtive tune. I was wondering whether or not i should consider switching to a mini maxx or a spartan. What should i do?

The Black or Mini Maxx are much nicer units than the Livewire. You can actually see and use the gauges. The Livewire is an outdated brick in my opinion.

Why do you want to switch?
If it is the tune, then talk with Eric.
If it is the Livewire, then get the Edge Insight and save a bunch of money.

What he said about the Insight except I would get a tune package from KEM for the Livewire. Mikes tunes are some of the best you get.

I have never tried Mikes tunes, I am sure he is good. I have had Eric's on my 6.0 and this truck. He has a gift for the tranny, which makes a huge difference in the way I use my truck. I have read that Mime is pretty good at the tranny tuning also, but have yet to try them. A few have ran both tuners, some like Eric's some like Mike's, it is all preference and the way the truck is used I bet.

Id give KEM's tunes a try first before you dump your SCT. You might be surprised.
