Chips for 08 6.4

What has everyone purchased?
I see banks has a 104 hp, workhorse has a 70 hp and livewire has a 125 hp.
What should we get?
Would injectors be the way to go? I see elite has some. This way they are undetectable.
Are the chips for SCT or Superchips detectable from the dealer?

I'm thinking about buying the hyperpac by hypertech tomorrow. I'm sure it's detectable in some way at the dealer even if put back to stock. I'm waiting for bad feedback about hyperpac. I had superchips before and was happy with it, pierre.

I thought i heard bullydog had the most power but that may have been for an older truck. Or i just got wrong info. I havnt heard any bad about the sct on this forum. I've heard a few pushing the sct, though. I, personally don't know.

It's not that I can't afford to play but I don't want the dealer to void the entire engine and powertrain warranty for installing a programmer. Say an injector fails or a front seal that is totally unrelated I don't want smart *** dealers to deny the warranty.

We just got in a bunch of the Superchips programmers...havent tried one yet. We have played with the Bullydog programmer and sold many already, truck runs very good. From SCT you can only get the livewire (unless they changed that in the last couple days). The livewire is very expensive, and its very bulky and not the greatest design. The OBDII plug is huge, the unit is huge, and the connection wires to the box are in a bad location. We sent all of ours back. I hope they make some changes soon.

Until I get another 08 in the shop to play with the Superchips my vote would be Bullydog. Once they let us use the SCT Xcal2 for the 6.4l, then that will be the hot ticket.

just my opinion.
