Good luck with all of it.

Best advice I can give - Take your time, both in removing and installing, keep track of the nuts/bolts/screws and don't forget to take breaks with your beverage of choice. (Ya gotta stay hydrated, right?)

If you can put it up on a lift and have some help it will be a breeze.

Did you need to remove the cross braces on the frame?

Install the Mini first. Sometimes your stock strategy will not be recognized. You will have to email H&S with it and they will send back a email. Takes about 15 min. You don't want to have the exhaust changed out, then find the tuner will not install. Have fun. You will enjoy your mini. Also use ratchet straps to pull apart and pull together the exhaust pipes.

The intake and exhaust are pretty straight forward as well. Its all unbolting the old and bolting in the new. I would spray the hangers down with some lubricant to help get the stock system out though, they can be a bit stubborn otherwise.

Best bet is to remove exhaust hangers, pipe, DPF/DOC all in one package.
