Arrow Spartan Licensing Clarification

If someone buys a used unit from someone else, here's a list of what we need:

1. Off-road disclaimer (first before anything)
2. Tuner serial number
3. who they purchased it from
4. VIN that the unit it is locked to

Fee - $250

NOTE - It takes 5-7 days for us to get the license in hand.

If a 6.4 customer wants to transfer his/her tuner to a new 6.4, here's a list of what we need:

1. Off-road disclaimer
2. Tuner serial number
3. VIN that the unit is locked to
4. Proof of the new truck (insurance card that shows VIN of new truck and customers name that will need to match what we have in the system under that tuner number).

Fee - No fee unless failure to provide proof of the new vehicle ($250).

**If someone has a tuner and wants to tune multiple trucks with the same tuner or license it for a 6.7L, the fee is $599.**

If you buy a used tuner that has the level 3 license with the 310 and all the top tunes with the $100 re-license fee do you get to keep the level 3 with all the tunes?
