Spartan DD Tune

Well after playing around with the tunes for awhile i will say that the 250 is a great daily driver tunes imo. The 250 doesn't shift as bad as people make it to be and i think it's just a little harder then the 210 normal tune shifting, but with better power and Mpg. So what tune do you use for dd use. I can't comment on the 300 or higher as i only go to 275. but i might get the 300 in summer who knows.

The 250 tune I am running from spartan, which is one of the older ones from over a year ago shifts sooo smooth. I hear some people now and then say theyre 250 tune doesnt shift to great and that scares me from updating my DD. The old 250 tune shifts so smooth on my truck I'd hate to update and have it changed.

I'm driving the 300 tune. I think it's a lot better DD tune then any other. The shifts are like the 250 tune plus you make a ton more power. The only thing I heard negative about the 300 tune is the EGT get kinda high at WOT. Now when I do it it never gets above 1600 degrees. Cause that is where I have my dashdaq set at. And that is also before I did the CAC piping and the 4 inch downpipe. It probably runs a little bit cooler now.

I drive on the 250 tune, but i have been waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for the 300 tune for the job 1 trucks, but spartan hasnt put the update out yet so i just gave up on it and dont really care anymore
