Describe the truck. Usually from what I am reading the guys with big rims/tires/lifts aren't getting great regardless.
I am also seeing that mileage reports are all over the place. Some people do great and others see almost no gain. I haven't had the opportunity to calculate mpg yet but what I am seeing is an extra 40 miles per 1/4. Stock I was only getting about 80 miles per 1/4 tank. I am seeing 120 miles per 1/4 tank now. Based on 30.5 gal tank which is the size of our tanks? This indicates I was getting about 10.5 stock and now around 15.7. |

What lock up setting do u have?

doesn't the DPF cause poor mileage from the 6.4? I think I read the DPF delete adds like 5-7 mpg! I don't know personally, but read it on a vendors site that sells the DPF delete kit.

Hmmm, 8000 lb truck, tuned, not very aerodynamic = poor mileage. You may gain a little bit with a DPF delete, but not much. I had a 2010 6.4 and the mileage sucked also. I thought I was getting better than I was and when calculated correctly I was way off. These trucks arent made for high MPG's. They are designed for towing. May as well get used to the poor MPG's.

The lock up on the 345 is 45mph and on the 210 seems to be 50 mph, id love to have a lock up that locks at 40,
I attatched a picture of the truck, the tires are 275's with Xd diesel wheels, i wouldnt think that they shouldnt effect the mpg Im getting about 100 miles to 1/4 of a tank with the 345 tune |

winter fuel/ cold weather/ extended idle kills mpg. what type of driving do you do? hwy speeds?

What gears? I am curious you did not mention , but you are running a dpf delete right? What size lift is that ?

Welcome to reality. What you are experiencing is just that. Reality. Wild claims of outrageous MPG gains here (and elsewhere) are straight up BS.

13.5 hwy or city? If its city thats pretty good, when I was running stock tires on 20s no matter what tune I used the best city I could get is 12, Hwy was 19.5. After I went to 35's it dropped to 11/16.5. All hand calculated.
