MBRP extension pipe help.
Anyone know what the extension pipe for a dpf MBRP back kit needs to be cut to for a crew cab long bed? Thanks

shouldnt have to be cut on long bed i have short bed and had to cut mine about 8 inches or so the rest went up pretty easy

Dammit I meant short bed , guess I shouldn 't be drinking while I am doing this lol, so 8 iches for a crew cab short bed? Does that put the tailpipe in the correct position?

thats funny dont quote me on thye 8 inch part just did this weekend but already took all old scrap to the yard and i am assumming thyis is a turbo back system ? i installed the turbo down pipe then the following piece then laid the rest out to see were to cut it worked for me

No just dpf back, I already have Flo Pro delete pipes.

Yeah the best way to determine the right length is to put your exhaust all up, minus the extension pipe and then measure the lenght of pipe you need. That way you know what length of pipe you need.

Thx guys, didn't even use the extension pipe were I was supposed to, just switched it out with the perforated tail pipe and it fits ok, just have to cut about 5-6 inches off extension pipe, doesn't seem like the kit was made right or something, but I didn't like the perforated pipe anyway.

you need to cut back the the tail pipe or extend your tip out some!

I cut 6 inches off of my tailpipe lol, looks killer now.
