What's the least smoking tune out there?
Is there a consensus on which tune/tuner has the most efficient, complete burn tune so to produce the least amount of smoke? I don't want to call attention to my setup.

Our 210 tune is pretty much smoke free. The 250 tune smokes a little on initial take off if you put it to the floor, but other than that it's pretty clean also. Really any tune is clean until you put the pedal to the floor.

Great results with H&S
Running a Mini Max on 225HP have yet to see the black cloud. I have seen a slight grey haze while under full throttle xceleration...which is often this thing is too much fun. One downside is I only see a 2 mpg increase over stock (12.5-13.5) in mixed driving but I have yet to find the self control to keep my foot out of it. Kidding that isnt a downside at all, more fun and better mpg.

Pretty much any non-race tune should be virtually smoke free if you ease into the throttle allowing the turbos to spool. Like Jeff said, the 250 just belches a bit if you get on it hard.

Duffie, did you run a full exhaust syste or just delete the dpf? Also, is the inside of your tip remaining clean? Thanks.
