Question regarding delete
Well my tuner will be here on wednesday, but i still have not invested in a delete pipe. After i load up the delete tune to my truck, is it safe to run without the delete pipe? I understand i have to remove the DPF after its tuned. But could i just remove it, run the truck, and install a delete pipe at a later date? I would think it would be fine for the engine, might make it louder but i can live with that for now.

Don't see why you can't. Dumping out the exhaust right under the cab, and next to the trans, might make things interesting.
PS got the very same truck, color, bed size etc without the wheels Last edited by pyro2nite; 02-14-2011 at 02:19 PM. |

It should be okay. It will make underneath the truck pretty nasty, but other than that should be fine.

You shouldnt have any problems at all. The H&S tuning runs very clean so it wont get all full of soot.
