Since you have a DPF delete only, you will have to purchase a whole different DPF/CAT delete. No one makes a CAT only delete. I recommend going with a full 4" downpipe back exhaust since you plan on doing a downpipe. I recommend going with the Powerstroker67 downpipe. Rudy's offers it. It will bolt up to any 4" or 5" downpipe back exhaust system.

Powerstroker67 also makes an awesome cold side intercooler pipe. It's 3" in diameter. Rudy's offers this one as well.

As for the tuner, I recommend the Spartan Phalanx. If you have any questions regarding the tuner, feel free to PM or email me!

Thanks,

Jeff@Spartan

How much of an increase do you see doing the intercooler piping and the downpipe?

Does it change the sound alot coming out of the tuck by removing the cat?

I like the spartan dashdaq, but i would not get it because then you are stuck with their tunes. I also think that for the same price you can get an SCT tuned by Eric or Kem tunes on the H&S.

Doing the downpipe and cold side pipe should reduce your EGT's a decent amount, especially at full throttle. Sound will change quite a bit doing the downpipe and a full DPF/CAT delete. It will be louder for sure. If your not looking for loud, I recommend doing a muffler or resonator.

I think you would see a better gain going with a full down pipe back 4" or 5" kit. You will see a drop in EGTs and a much better sound. The down pipe is also a nice addition.
