H&S Gauges and Defueling?
For guys running the H&S what gauges are you monitoring and what defuel parameters are you running? Thanks

Nobody? After some digging I found this, gauges and defuels, does this look right?
Defuel: Pyro(EGT)= 1350 Boost= 38 Trans= 210 Coolant Hot= 210 Coolant Cold= 130 Gauges: PYRO(EGT) EOT ECT BOOST |

Well let me ask you guys what are you seeing for running temps. When the truck seems to be up full operating temps what do you see? Coolant, Trans, Oil, etc. Just curious.

Huh I dug around and came up with these parameters which was thought to be safe.
pyro 1500 don't set it higher than 1600 boost 46-48 don't set higher than 52 trans 210 oil 210 hot coolant 210 low coolant 150 kinda upto the owner What kinda EGT's are yall getting. I just installed it tonight, did the break in etc. Using Hot 250 with firm 55mph lock up. My mini maxx was defueling for egt's they got upto about 1520-1530 and mini maxx showed it was defueling. SO far max boost got upto 44. I know the defuel is to protect but when I saw the defueling I let off. Is it okay to continue pushing through even though it's defueling say your in the middle of a 1/4 mile run? |

Cool yeah thats a good idea. Just bump it for a quick run. Allow it to cool down before you run it again.
