What's next in my mpg quest

Alright motor experts we have
Afe stage 2 si
Spartan and kem tuning
Aftermarket torque converter
Elite egr delete with waste gate
Cold air pipe

Whats next to try to reach my mpg goals I know there are various things to do for power and racing but I want to continue to improve efficiency without lightening the tools I haul around with me

yeah i have read good and bad things about water meth. Is it a good thing or bad thing i seem to read mixed reviews. i have looked at the diesel power mag cng thing but wasn't sure about filling and such on the road if making a road trip. if i could fill at my house wouldn't be so bad.

Because it boosts post count.

Keep RPM's below 2K and Boost below 10. Improve aerodynamics, i.e lower the vehicle to the ground instead of raising it up, airdamn if you don't have it as Vet mentioned, smaller mirrors, tonneau cover, etc..
