DPF/CAT delete with SCT 9625OR

I recently took the plunge (still under 100K) with my 08 F350 6.4 and went with the dpf/cat delete from dpfdeletekits.com Has anyone else installed this kit? It came with the SCT livewire tuner. I live in NC and went up to Rudy's Diesel Performance in Durham, NC for them to install it. I can't believe what a difference the delete's/tune made on the truck. Can anyone else tell me what kind of mpg increase is typical? Being new to the mod, it's hard to keep my foot out of it as the increase is so dramatic. I chose the extreme tune on the SCT. My only other mod is an air raid filter/box.

Anyone else with the same or similar mod setup?

I've got the same setup but w/ dpf removal only. The SCT is good except the firm shifting doesn't seem to be firm at all. I've tried the extreme setting and the power is great but I'm afraid the tranny will cook due to lame shifting. My truck is a 2010 f250 and no one can see to explain why the firm setting is soft and the stock setting shifts more firm. I like the extreme tune alot and wish it would shift correctly. Maybe my truck has a different strategy or something. Prob need custom tuning.

Just curious, why did you leave the CAT on? Speaking of the firmness of the shifts, I seem to get a good firm shift leaving 1st but the rest of the shifts seem like stock. Is this what your seeing as well? What kind of mpg's are you getting?
