Ran the last tank on the 210 from mike with egr deleted. I ended up with
15 mpg with mostly in town driving

381 miles fill up as much as i could sqeeze at 25.3 gallons

Loaded the 345 tune and drove to corinth ms and back last night

drove 495 miles with 15 or so in town and 85 miles of it on a 50 mph max speed road rest of it i ran at 75 according to gps. Mike has redone my tunes for tire size and it is within 1 to 2 mph.

i got 495 miles and filled up this morning with 25.8 gallons = 19.18 mpg

I am going to run the 210 again for in town this week and next road trip. I am interested to see with no egr how well it performs compared to high hp tunes. I have not really monitored the difference.

Fuel additives are diesel kleen and 2 stroke outboard motor oil mixture

On a another note. I ran the spartan 300 last week mainly in town and got 14 - 15 don't remember exactly. I think it could be a little better if my tires size was adjusted for the tune properly. but is good tune as well

My last tank was 10.5mpg on the Hot Damn file. I got on it a few times and let it idle for probably 1.5hrs. on that tank. I'm hoping cutting out the idling will help my mileage. I was getting this stock with DPF. This is all city driving. I just ordered the S&B intake hoping this will help.

yeah my passion obsession has been to increase fuel mileage for this vehicle. I have deleted egr which helped longevity and fuel economy. I have changed all restrictive pipes ie. cac, downpipe i have a aftermarket intake. The only thing left is to put the cfm elbow on, but i am not sure that willl hlep with mileage. I am happier than i was, but i am still trying to improve efficiency. I will be changin my tc - the aftermarket one i have has too high of a stall speed, but i am hoping with reconfigured stall speed i may pick up a little more mileage. I need to order some more optilube stuff. I had good results with their fuel treatment. not sure if it is worth the money compared to what i am currently doing. i did finallly start idling a little more and quit worrying about fuel mileage. so for an ocd person like me that was a victory i want 25 mpg on highway and 18 in town
