The tranny will relearn with your driving habits. All the 0-60 and 0-80 steps just helps make it relearn quicker.

Mine has the same problem. Under partial acceleration on the hot setting, the tranny locks and unlocks violently and the check engine light comes on, and tranny won't shift out of 4th gear. If I stop and shut off the motor, everything goes back to normal. Mini has been on for about 1500 miles.

Really suprised to hear y'all are having those kind of problems. Have you tried calling h&s? Not rubbing it in, but my tranny smoothed out within a couple of days. You really have to do the relearn immediately after installing the tune. Try puttingy the truck back to stock on the tuner......drive it a couple of days and see if the shifting smooths out and then reload the tune. Good luck

You could leave the tuner on it, just put it back to no power setting.

Mine will shift good in wild and mild, but revs, locks, revs and slams bad in hot tune-unless under WOT. Its not the tranny, I've had this truck since new and has always shifted great. 67K miles.
