KEM

I just wanted to thank Mike at KEM performance for all his help and support. Their customer service is second to none. Mike was able to answer all my questions quickly and was very helpful with answering any questions I had concerning their products. Now I can't wait to get my new Minimaxx with custom tunes from him to see what this truck can do! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs performance parts for their powerstroke.

I have on quick question, how are most of you who use the mini maxx getting power to it. The instructions say to tap into a purple ignition wire, but I can't seem to find one. Can someone post a pic of how you have your power wire hooked up?

Thanks

If you look right behind the OBD port you will see a bundle of wire that have the ends capped. Pull down the bundle, and look for the purple wire. Just splice into that one with the power wire from the cable provided by H&S. There are three purple wires in the bundle. Two have tracer on them. The third is a solid color. That is the one you want.

I just got the mini maxx installed and WOW does it bring my truck to life! I do have a few questions though, How do I get my custom 210 file loaded. I tried it from the start but kept getting an error, saying unable to read sd card or something. Do I install the original micro sd card that came with it first, then put the custom tune card in and change the tune? Also, when changing out sd cards to update tunes, does the tuner need to be off? Sorry for all the dumb questions, but I'll never hear the end of it from the old lady if I screw up something lol.

Thanks
