Kem tunes, plenty of problems and now no replies
Anyone else having poor customer service (not to mention 3 failed tunes)?
Have H&S mini and have been more than pissed about the MPG. So we hear that Mike/Kem and H&S are working together. Bought a custom tune and have had nothing but grief.
1st one TQ lock was off 15MPH. 2nd one, transmission shifted so horrible (and threw codes) we had to park it. 3rd one wouldn't idle and threw codes as well. Now we get no responses to our emails and PM's.
What's up? We've been more than cordial about the whole thing and I would even go so far as saying we've been helpful pointing out the things that don't work.
Now silence and no tunes. It's been over a week Mike/Kem? What's up with that?
