2010 F 350 6.4 dpf delete/tuner question
Just wondering if i should get the dpf delete or the dpf/cat delete what are the perks of that? and will the dpf delete and/or the dpf/cat delete still allow the truck to pass inspection

The inspection would depend on where you're from. Some places are safety inspection only and some places do full on emissions testing on diesels where the stock equipment would have to be on it to pass. I would get the dpf/cat delete and get rid of all the restrictions in the exhaust.

If you do the cat/dpf delete together it's only 2 bolts at the downpipe rather than 8 bolts and possible gasket damage at the dpf.

i would go with a full delete... no cat is less restrictions... and no you wont pass a visual...

Like others have said, do them both. It is MUCH easier to install the DPF/Cat delete pipes than just the DPF delete pipe alone.
