How to clean S&B Intake...which oil

Without ordering the S&B intake cleaning kit, what is the best way to clean (which solvent) and which oil to re-oil? K&N filter oil?

I you know where to buy one in Canada, that would be great. I haven't found one. Surely, there is a simple way to clean and oil without the "S&B" product.

Yes, we carry the dry and oiled filters. Here is a link to them along with filter wrap if you want to extend the change interval of the filter.
