know, you do not want to run it without a tuner, u have to reset the regen everytime u get in the truck, if you are on the road you have to stop every 100 miles. save your money up and buy a tuner later, otherwise you will be in the shop, and some techs dont mind modding when it is done right, but if its done wrong, they will deffinately void the warranty.

The truck may go into "limp" mode, causing drastic power reduction, possible shut down. You might be able to find a used setup on here or Kijiji or something.

Negative on running one without a tuner.
Where did you see that you could??? |

Like others have said, you definitely need to run a tuner. Most of the time if you try to run it without, the truck wont start again after the initial start up once the DPF/DOC are removed. If you wan to do a delete, I highly suggest looking into a quality tuner like H&S or Spartan. Feel free to give me a call or shoot me a PM with any questions you may have.
