NEED HELP- Sct tsx with innovative tunes

I am sorry that I am having so many questions but I am trying to change the tunes on my truck. It will not allow me to return to stock because it says it cannot unlock the ECU. I tried to change the tune from one to to another and also stated unable to unlock ECU. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I appreciate any responses. Do you have to return to stock before changing tunes? I am new to all this tuning. Again thanks in advance for any responses.

Check you cigeret Lighter fuse. It also controls the OBD2 port at least it does on my truck. I switch my tunes and and I havent had to return to stock. just dont turn off key in the middle of changing when you get it figured out from what I hear it can fry your ecu
