Tuners for gassers

Sorry guys... I hate to pollute this forum with gasser talk, but I have a buddy here at work that just bought a 1/2 ton dodge with a 5.7 hemi. Are there tuners similar to H&S/Spartan out there that will yeild similar results for gas engines? Everything I have learned, I learned on here... So thought I would ask. It has always been my understanding that you can't get the hp by tuning like diesels do.

30 hp is about the most you will get out of a gasser with tuning alone

i agree... even if he did intake, exhaust, tuner, throttle body, MAF sensor he would still be at about 40hp over stock.... and he would have a lot more money invested....

a custom tune (not sure on tuners for dodge) will make it a completely different truck. won't be as dramatic as a diesel, but it will make a noticeable difference. i'd definitely tune it, it's worth it on any vehicle. even with a gasser don't mess with generic tuners. HUGE DIFFERENCE between the two.
