I don't believe that Banks has any DPF tunes. You will need a DPF delete tune, or your truck will go into permanent regen.

That is correct, they do not have DPF delete tuning.

You will need a dpf delete prgrammer and pipe such as spartan, sct, or h&S

You MIGHT be able to stack the Banks with another tuner if you wanted (don't know why you would ever do this as Banks tuning isn' that great, but) . I know some GM guys that stack different tuners to get the effect they want. As long as both tuners are trying to program the same thing . The banks tuner (as far as I know) doesn't actually reprogram the ECU. It takes inputs from the stock senors and the stock ECU then modifys the signals is sends out to the injectors (short , short ,version of the real explantion). Were as Spartan/ SCT /all DPF delete tuners reprogram the ECU. So if you really have to have Banks , you could program the ECU with say a Spartan no regen tune, then use the Banks six gun as well for tuning. What you would end up with is a very expensive tune that isn't as good , IMO, as what you could have by ditching the Banks and just runing a Spartan /H&S/ SCT DPF delete tune. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I've never seen this type of programmer stacking done on a Powerstroke, only on GM's stacking quadzillas, but the same concept should apply.

There was a thread about stacking the Spartan and the bottom line is no. They do not recommend stacking Spartan tuners.

According to the feedbacks and comments in other forums, the DPF-R product from GearBoxZ works fine in conjunction with the SixGun. Look at their website DPF-R "THE" DPF DELETE
