Winter blend fuel smokes less?
Loaded up Hot Damn while waiting for a new file From Mike at KEM and and was running 250 hp setting and it use to leave a trail of smoke everywhere on 250 hp and now it just smokes on take off and not hardly at all while rolling.
No big deal just wondered if it could be the winter blend fuel?

The combination of cold weather and winter fuel are the reason. Your turbo's are more efficient in cold weather, so they clean up a lot more smoke.

my smokes A LOT more now after this problem that I have, and can't figure out...and I'm not a fan of rolling coal all the time.
But, yes, Jeff is correct when saying there SHOULD be less smoke during winter because turbos love colder conditions. |
