H&S Customer Service

Just wanted to share an experience I had with a MiniMaxx purchased back in September. Periodically, I would start the vehicle and the display would say "Initializing Communications" and continue to display this message. Additionally, the dash indicators would flash indicating problems with basically every system. Turn the truck off and it would not start back for a few minutes. Contacted H&S and those guys had me try a few things and after a short troubleshooting procedure, they decided to ship me a completely new tuner, cable and all. Not only that but they included a return shipping label so the entire thing didn't cost me a dime. Those guys are great to work with and they know their stuff. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but theirs is GREAT!

I noticed the same thing when I was considering switching to H&S(still plan to), and it's really good to get that when planning to spend that much money on something you don't test first.

In fact, as a whole it seems like a good majority of the vendors on this site have some great customer service skills. Every time someone comes on asking about where to buy, 2 or 3 places get suggested and no one has bad things to say about either of em.

Anyways, done with my tangent, great job H&S!

I'm a happy H&S customer. Its good to hear they have excellent customer service, but its also good to hear that I've never had to use it!

It seems to me that this site and its vendors are all top notch. Sure wish more industry was that way, but thanks to all of the vendors to understand our passion and do a wonderful job helping us out!

I had the same exact problem as the op with my mini maxx that was installed last Thursday gauges were going crazy check eng light and no start. H&S shipped out a new unit and all problems are gone. Some of the best customer service out there. Thanks Robert and Bentley
