Intake Questions
I towed the fiver over some good grades and pulled the filter minder into around 50%.
I have the stock intake with Innovative Tow Tune that stays in the truck. I will most likely never load a tune higher than his street tune. The filter looks good, but has about 13000 miles on it. Not dusty conditions, normal stuff. Should I get a full intake, if so which one? Or get a drop in, if so which one? Reasons for both. Thanks. |

I think you will benefit from an intake and I would highly suggest one. AFE and S&B both make excellent setups, but both have their goods and bads. AFe is going to cost a little more, but the installation and filter servicing is much easier. S&B has a great price point, but install and filter servicing are much tougher than with AFE. You cant make a wrong choice with either one.

I think you are saying get a full intake.
Which AFE, the 5, 7, or the Dry? |

Correct, full intake. A replacement filter is not worth doing in my opinion.
