What's your fuel rail pressure when you notice the power loss?

You may have a bad high pressure fuel pump.

Pull the upper fuel filter on the motor. Shine a flash light in the bowl and see it it sparkles like gold. If it does that means your high pressure pump is going out and sending pieces of brass into your fuel system.
