Bully dog trouble

hey guys, i installed the bully dog gt(big mistake) after the instalation my truck would not start. so i took it to ford, the pcm was dead, they replace it with a new one. But the bully dog had the old pcm info in it, so i sent it to bully dog to get it removed. but now i think my truck has a transmission tune from the original bully dog, now i have no way to put my trans back to stock tune. ANY suggestions???? PLEASE!!!

Also what is the best tuner for the truck??
