Did you buy the built transmission or the rebuild kit?

Ok what is a "built" tranny?

One of the things that drives me nuts is my truck freewheels if I drop below 45mph. Not a good feeling when trying to stop with a 4500# load in the bed.

How did they program your tranny?

Billet clutches, input shaft, solenoids, triple disc converter, mag-hytec deep pan, and a few other odds and ends.

I run our standard tuning, which is slightly on the harsh side on the 2-3 shift with the Sun Coast solenoids, but it's drivable. With stock solenoids, it would be much better.

Ive also got a fully built Suncoast and torque converter.

It has held up to some serious power thus far...power in the 950hp range!

Well, It's not a 5R110, but I have about 100,000 miles on my Suncoast and they haven't all been "nice" miles. I beat it up in the mud/off road, it's been to the track, it's occasionally towed some pretty decent weight, etc. Been happy with it so far.
