problem when tq. converter lock

Today coming home from work, I turned onto the interstate as usual at about half throttle. Shifting was flawless going thru all gears and then my tq. converter locked @45 like it's supposed to. I went to get on it a little to pass a semi and I had no power from 45-roughly 60mph. Once I got to about 60, everything is good again. So, I thought it might be a fluke, but it did it again...no power when converter locked at 45-55mph. I floored when I got a chance from a stop and it hauled a$$ like usual. WTF is going on? My mods are in my sig. I have my sd card out of the mini maxx right now, but I don't see how this would affect anything. It's only sluggish when tq. converter is locked under a load @ low rpms.

Is there literally no power?? or is it just because the rpms are so low? I know my truck doesnt really start pulling hard till about 1400rpms when shes locked in the spartan 275.
I know that some of the enhanced spartan tunes that are a lower on power like the 150hp setting lock up at about 45 like the race tunes and drop the rpms to about 1250 and the engine just doesnt have the torque when its spinning that low on that tune..its kinda annoying cause you get into the throttle abit and it doesnt move much and then it will downshift and take off..sounds to me like it might have something to do with the tune...like that particular setting on your H&S doesnt make much low end torque..try turning the power up more and see if thats better. I know it sounds kinda dumb but im just trying to eliminate a possibility so if you have a problem with your truck or something we can help you figure it out

When I was having this problem, I tried everything from no power to Hot tune(this is Hot damn tune setting).

I put the SD card back in the mini maxx and that's is all I did. Started it back up and it seems to be working again. I even went to exactly 45 so I was right on lock up and the it pulled hard again. I guess it needs the SD card in there.

What info does the SD card hold? Perhaps the MM has to read that info? Just a guess.

The 'spongy' throttle feel came back today once the tq. converter is locked. I can floor it and it has the power off of the line, then once it locks...no power at all. I tried using 'no power' for some time to see if it made a difference, nope. Anybody have ideas? I thought it was the fact I didn't have the SD memory card in before, but it's doing it again w/ it in now...

Diagnostics: I watched all parameters when I would get on the throttle once tq. converter is locked...EGT's will go up gradually(not fast), coolant and trans temp stay within desired temps, but the boost doesn't go up at all(maybe slightly).

You may have a boost leak....

Have you watched RPM's when this is happening? If RPM's are shooting up, boost is slow to rise, and a loss of power...you may have a shot converter.

I know we've been talking on the other thread, but if I recall correctly jeff...the rpms are not shooting up.

If you have an H&S tuner, what is the TC lock up set at? I would load the stock program back in, then reload you H&S program.
