Best Shop for Tuning

I am about to get an 08 KR with about 50k on the clock. I live in Auburn, AL, I am just wondering who the best tuner (person) to go with. I would rarely be towing anything, I would want mostly high performance street, race tune and a smoke tune. Thanks for any info you guys have! I want a Spartan 310 tune but want my truck specifically tuned with this.

No one is going to make you a smoke tune....the race tunes are going to smoke enough as it is. Why not just purchase a Spartan tuner with a level 3 tier license? You will get every tune we offer up to the 310 tune. No point in getting live tuning done unless you have other modifications. Live tuning would end up costing you more money in the long run for tunes that you could have just bought from the beginning.

What Jeff said. Just go with a Spartan Package w/ Race Tunes and be done with it.

Thanks for yall's replies! I also wanted to know why no one would write a smoke tune for it? I thought smoke tunes could be written for any diesel out there? That's fine if it smokes enough with the 310 but I was just wondering why? Thanks.

most if not all of the tuning houses are respectable and dont want to add nails to the diesel coffin. excessive smoke does nothing but strengthen the EPA and government regulations that already choke these engines
