Wet or dry CAI

What would you recomend for a CAI wet or dry and why.

I live in the midwest and do run gravel roads from time to time.
Looking at either the AFE or the S&B.
Can dry ones be cleaned or do you just replace?

Oiled filter FTW! I love my AFE intake with Pro Guard 7 filter. Cleaning isn't the most fun thing, but it's worth it.
