Odd sound from Intake.
Insatlled an AFE intake on my 6.4 and now get a whoosh sound whenever I let off throttle. Doesn't matter if I left off suddenly or very slowly. Always makes the sound. Is this turbo fart? My old 6.0 would do it but only if I got on it hard then let off quickly. Hafta say its nice to actually be able to hear the turbos. Thanks Jason

Its completely normal, no worries. It happened before, you just couldnt hear it with the stock, restrictive intake.

Compressor surge is what you are hearing. Like Nate said, it's nothing to worry about.
