H&s update ?

I have had my black max for about 4 months now and absolutely love it. ONly had one problem, i had tried updating it twice now and it wont update or get the hot damn tune? any suggestions on what im doiung run i followed the instructions step by step, even did it twice! thanks

Black Maxx Update Instructions: 6.4L Powerstroke - H&S Performance go there and follow the instructions.
Ive got a spartan, but this best i could find to help you out

thanks, i will try it again soon, im almost posotive i didnt miss any steps so not sure, maybe i should try a different computer

You could go to the H&S web site and post your question on their forum. They're pretty quick to respond.
P.S. I like your 5" black exhaust, what kind is it?

what windows are you running? what is the exact problem?

Its a 5in pro flo painted black with a 6" mbrp tip.. im not sure the exact windows but its one of the newest.. everything seems to go write and the file is on the sd card but it wont load to the tuner in the car?

Make sure after installing the updated SD Card into the BlackMaxx that you are scrolling down and selecting "Update Firmware". That will pull the updates off the SD Card onto the Maxx. Once that is done the Maxx will reboot which will make the screen go dark for about 5 seconds. After powering back up scroll up to "Install Programming" and select it. At that time it should walk you back through changing the settings and re-programming your truck.

I hope you are not expecting it to say "HotDamn" on the screen...I know I was hoping to see that. IF the display shows you what gear you are in and the state of the torque converter then you should have the latest update
